AN UNPRECEDENTED BARGAIN

Yesterday was signed a stockholder agreement between EBRD /European bank of Reconstruction and Development/, Armeconmbank and its primary stockholders- the Sukiasians' family. The agreement provides for EBRD participation in regulation capital of the bank: the bank will manage the 25%+1 share holding which costs 583 million drams. The manager of EBRD bank capital Miria Louisa Chikoniani and the representative of the primary stocks Saro Sukiasian exchanged with the examples of the agreement. This kind of bank investment is the first in the history of Armenia.
