Some of the companies that send their information by Internet have made an alarming call on the government decision pertinent to the IP providers. Acording to it the minister of Justice David Harutiunian had offered in the special session of the government to give to "ArmenTel" the monopoly licence for using the sound information by Internet. The government will take a decision on this question probably this week. But the providers are true when they hurry on as when they take the decission it won't be easy to object. It will be meaningless to warn about the 3000 unemployees but "ArmenTel" getting this monopoly will derive a great benefit demanding for a minute conversation 400-500 drams instead of 100.
Frankly speeking the story of ArmenTel reminds me a faulse. It seems that everybody wants to deprive ArmenTel of its right of communication but nobody succeed in. And now as a consolation they want to give the monopoly of IP connection. In this case there are rather credible Arshak Sadoyan's claims that he has information that ArmenTel has bribed with 7 milion$ some of the authorities of the goverment to postpone the decision of depriving the monopoly of ArmenTel. Though Arshak Sadoyan's claims aren't proved but there are enough for our society to believe in. Everyone in our country are sure that at the upper echelons of our authorities almost everyone is corrupted. The most extraordinary thing is that nobody especially those to whom Sadoyan's accusations addressed react to it.
