Armenia Again was Treated Diplomaticaly
Recieve a Credit and Throw it to Water The Earthquake Won't Take Place
| Free, Indipendent and Just
The
Minister of Justice David Haroutiunian had said about the department struggling
against corruption in the Office Public Prosecutor: "If the Office Public
Prosecutor works according to law, I don't see any problem there. But if they
work in the way the law hasn't determined, I don't consider it to be favourable
and right. At least. He also answered to the question whether it might be considered
that the department made use of "other" ways not provided by the law:
"I have listened to the accusations that there were other ways." To
the "Aravot's" request to explain this digestion the public prosecutor
Aghvan Hovsepian said: " The Minister of Justice is a RA citizen and enjoys
his right of the freedom of speech." Logic Panic We were convinced yesterday how easy it was to spread panic among people without any reason. It isn't even important who spread the rumour in people about the earthquake even saying the exact hour / which is already a nonsence/. It is quite possible that it has done specially and with the far-going aims. Who has done it and what has been its aim is the second question. It is much more important the fact that people believing in rumours and not having any official conformation began leaving their houses, aside from it in some schools the lessons were interrupted. People continued to believe even when the National Service of Seismic Defense refused it. "When the state links slacken the predictions
increase,"- the former chief of that service Sergei Balasanian said in the
interview with A1+. Anyway if the yesterday's panic was somebody's experiment
directed to prove the distrust of people towards the state it was succeeded. And
after all people prefered to believe in rumours and then refused to believe in
official refutations of the state representatives. Our state citizens' such behaviour
is much more logic than the opposite. If various rumours in actual fact were more
truthful so far than the official information then why must we believe in it when
it is spoken about the earthquake. Just the opposite, we aren't used to listen
to the truth from the officials whatever it concerns: the results of elections,
trials, various hasty, shady transactions with the foreign investors. That's why
people most probably won't expect the truth from the state and the same state
leaves its citizens to the mercy of the fate. They say, come what may. As for the
authorities the main point isn't the protection of its citizens but not tos pread
panic. Then it may be even a deluge. And escape as you can. |
