BEHIND THE "LAW"

The Armenian authorities hiding behind the National Committee of Television and Radio and the "law" deprived the A1+ TV Company of the air. Today the same authorities behind the National Academy of Science and another law want to deprive the A1+ of its roof. The president of A1+ Mesrop Movsisian said about it in the interview yesterday.

THE DAY OF CLEVER MEN

1 of April is known as the day of Fools. This day can be attached in the list of the Armenian national holidays as the authorities threat us, the nation as like fools. And we have already written about it. But today apologizing to the people we give our suggestion back. That's true they try to make fool us but we are clever in reality. We are so clever that can pretend us as fool. For example we pretend that we don't understand anything from democracy, laws, our rights. We cry in the ecstasies of self-destruction that how poor, miserable, unhappy, humble and pressured by the authorities we are. But each of us can give lessons of democracy to any Western expert. Ask any passer by and he'll number his civil rights. But he never goes to protect his mentioned rights. He won't go, as he isn't a fool.
You must be an utter fool to have conflicts with the officials of tax service, deputies and ministers. As they can punish you in such away that no European court can help you, can't they? The fighter of justice, his own rights stay alone as a rule. But not for the reason that the others fear but because they aren't fool. And it is more proper for clever people to have unfair authority to which it is possible to collaborate at any case. To which it is possible to give bribes, to sell your votes, to buy licence and posts. And to which it is possible to blackmail and remind how unfair it is and it is already the time to replace with the new one. Thus it is still a question who is fool in our country. The people who allow the authorities to be constantly compromised. Or the authorities that believe in their ability of doing everything with the help of the citizens. By the way the dismissed President of Kyrgyzstan sincerely believed in the power of his authority. But he remains in the role of fool as the result.
