IT WILL BE IN THAT WAY
FOR FOUR MONTHS

As it had been promised the Kiev Bridge was closed yesterday. But another promise of the Municipality of Yerevan that no chaos in connection with the traffic will be was too optimistic. The inhabitants of the 15th district, Ajapniak and Daviatashen were late of their works; the schoolchildren and students were late of their lessons. And they were coming back by 1-1,5 hours late. There was a traffic jam in the Vagharsh Vagharshian and Aram Khachatrian streets all day long.

A PLEASANT MESSAGE

The RF President simply attacked the Russian officials, also party officials in his annual message in the Federal session of Russia declaring that they were a caste, which considered the state service as a type of business. Besides Putin condemned strictly the illegalities of tax and law bodies, which use the imperfection of laws for redistribution the property. He also turned to the corrupted courts in addition to it he mentioned specially the necessity of expressing opinion freely and objective information on TV. So he himself named those problems which the representatives of the opposition as well as the West were stressing as the omission of the authorities. Another President would argue with the opponents, would try to prove that the criticism leveled at him was groundless. But Putin agreed with all accusations addressed by the opposition.
In short he sees everything, he notices everything and the most important is that he protects the citizens from taxation and different officials and he himself declares about it to the whole world. Certainly neither the tax illegalities decrease, nor the bureaucratic laxity disappears and nor the salaries are risen. Nobody expects such things from Putin especially if we take into consideration that the apart of above mentioned problems have been appeared under his rule. But we mention that the important isn't it. The important is the successful attempt to safe your own face in the illegal sphere. Putin doesn't say that the bright future of the country is clouded through the West's and opposition's guilt. But he performs himself as an inflexible soldier worried about justice, democracy and the prosperous life of the people. Who like any citizen of his country waits when the corruption will be extirpated and when the violation of people's rights and freedoms will be stopped? However it is pleasant for both the President and the credulous people.
