THEY HINDER HOLDING DEMONSTRATIONS

The car of "A1+" was sent to the penalty area with all sound techniques and posters after the demonstration defending the "A1+" on 2 of April. To the request of demonstrators to give the microphones and posters back the chief of Yerevan roadworthiness inspection Margar Ohanian answered: " We have taken the car just for it." And the chief of information service of the Police Sayat Shirinian said to "Azatutiun" broadcasting station that the car has disturbed the order of the traffic passing through red light. Besides he thought that it wasn't allowed to attach a microphone on a passenger car. Sayat Shirinian also said that the driver would be fined, the car would be given back but the posters and microphones wouldn't. "We won't give it back as the order is so."

THEY NOTICED BUT DIDN'T IGNORE

Friendly speaking we would like to know by what the authorities were led ordering to send the car of "A1+" to the penalty area after the demonstration defending the "A1+". That's true it was given back after the ombudsman's interference but without posters, microphones and other attributes for organizing demonstrations. It is obvious that the Police acted by the order of the ruling clique. In this case there is a question why do the authorities show what is already obvious: its purposeful and consecutive role for not allocating a frequency to the broadcaster "A1+".
Anyway in favor of what? Perhaps aiming to show their own power once more? Or perhaps this is a demonstration of narrow-minded obstinacy, mentioning that "A1+" will never be allocated by frequency, as it is a matter of personal principle for the president of the country. Maybe it is so… On another hand maybe it was demonstration of weakness and not power? Maybe the ruling clique considered the case of "A1+" closed and forgotten? You know that the CIC authorities are rather nervous: some "ears", imperialistic conspiracies and deadlocks of the "dark powers" are seen everywhere. No adequate activities are justified in the conditions of these paranoiac suspects.
However everything gave the opposite result. Whatever reasons lead the authority, its all the same the result became by "plus" mark. So we must even thank to the authority that they didn't guess to show that they don't notice the demonstration of protest organized by "A1+" as if they ignore the demonstrators. They noticed and didn't ignore restoring social-political interest towards "A1+" especially and towards the freedom of the speech in general.
