EVERYBODY WILL SAY “NO”

Yesterday the “Justice” bloc discussed in its session the matter of not taking part in the NA special session on 29 of August, of saying “yes” or “no” to the coming referendum. At the end of the session the leader of “Republic” party Aram Sargsian said that he marks positively the agreement achieved in the session which is also inspiring. «Fortunately our partners of the bloc aren't far from the approaches which we have declared. The bloc doesn't see any reason today to say, «yes» to the Constitution. The deputies of our party won't take part to the NA coming special session but other deputies of the bloc will take part and produce their standpoints, what we welcome»

GENERAL SYNDROMS

Dictionaries affirm that paranoia is a general name of mental derangement, which is described by stable and systemized ravings. The latter can happen on the ground of jealousy, idea of pursuit, exaggeration of the own person. Frankly speaking about 15 year observations of the political field allow me to conclude that it is impossible to carry out a policy in the post soviet country and don't suffer from that illness. If you are sure that you are the center of the space and you are in the center of attention of the remain 6 milliard humanity and that the part of that 6 milliard is engaged in weaving plots from morning to night so that means that you are a post soviet politician. In this case you’ll see in every behavior or word of every person the signs of realization plotter projects of the enemies.

Certainly the opposition suffers from paranoia. Every oppositionist thinks that he has great chances to become the president so he is so dangerous for the authority that the latter does its best for stopping his procession to the royal throne. And if any person doesn’t speak with pleasure about his oppositionist patriotic activity he will see in it the “hand of authority” coming from the theory of plotting.

But it is more dangerous for the society when just the authority displays the syndromes of that illness. The displays of pathology can be different here. For example the authority of Azerbaijan being afraid of the “orange” revolution has confiscated from the shops all kind «orange» cloths. Lukashenko has begun a criminal pursuit against young persons who shot cartoon films about him and placed it in the Internet. By the article «Slander» against the President of Byelorussia the young persons will be sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment. This shows the ignorance of “batka”; closing the dangerous site it is impossible to prevent the spreading of those cartoons by the world network. Just the opposite the whole world will concentrate its attention to those caricatures.

In one of the cartoons Lukashenko turns pale and hides under table when he learns that free and fair elections will be held in the Ukraine. It is an obvious slander, such elections don't «threaten» to our countries.
