| THERE IS SOMETHING TO “DRAW”
Making a Speech in “Mirror” club the CEC member Felix Khachatrian mentioned that only 21 polling stations from 41 sent the stumps and the final records would be sent on 28 of December. According to Mr. Khachatrian in particularly regional committees are among them. 9,2,3 committees of the capital haven’t also sent the stumps and records; “Here who keeps working on falsifications”,- Felix Khachatrian concluded. COMPETITION OF FLATTERERS Though the highest authority has ordered clearly to the “acting” falsifiers / NSS representatives, policemen, criminal elements, members of electoral committees etc./ to provide for 80% “yes”, the falsifiers overfulfiled the plan and showed “yes” more than 93%. Though 51% of voter’s participation was enough for declaring the referendum succeeded, the “actors” drew and filled more than 60% of participation. Why did it happen so? Imagine, there are two neighbor villages; Ddmashen and Zovaber / names are given for example/. My mentioned group of falsifiers draws for example 51% of participation and 80% of demanded “yes”. They phone to their colleagues in Zovaber and learn that the latter have written the accordingly 53 and 85%. «The falsifiers of Yaj are ahead from us /the former name of Zovaber-A.A./, now the bosses will approve their work more than ours,”- the falsifiers of Ddmashen say and add and write 55 and 89. At 18:00 the criminals from Yaj phone Ddmashen and know the exaggerated figures… And so on till the ruling clique says, “it is enough”. Certainly, such a competition of falsifiers takes place not only in villages, but also among different officials and regions of Armenia. During the final summary of the referendum the district ruler can look at the President's or Prime Minister's eyes confidently and be engaged in economic and other crimes with the same confidence. But the competition of flatterers isn’t over. The contest of policemen prosecutors and courts start during the demonstrations succeeded after elections and referendums. In particularly different sections of police must report to the RA chief of Police and the latter to the RA President how many persons they have succeeded to catch? The quantity of stars of the officers of police depends on it as well as their official progress. As a result our policemen arrest every passers by for pleasing their bosses don't taking into consideration if they are from the opposition or not, are participants of the demonstration or not. On this occasion I want to turn to the chief of Police of Center Hovik Tamamian. Dear Mr. Tamamian if you see or shoot that a black «Cadillac» passes near demonstration of the opposition a stared-striped flag above it and a mustached man inside it don’t arrest him. He is your adherent.
