GAGIK HAROUTIUNIAN'S REVELATION

The president of Constitutional Court Gagik Haroutiunian in his interview to Erkir-Online answering to Ezibar Mahmedov's observation that " Levon Ter-Petrosian has said that the time will come when Armenia will ask Azerbaijan to return to the agreements on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict of 1997 but the strong Azerbaijan will ask for more." said: "I don't remember Levon Ter-Petrosian's concrete words but our first president has changed his world view orientations, in my opinion, a little wrong. But we must also say that he had the wisdom of accepting it and sending in his resignation." We must remind that Gagik Haroutiunian was the RA deputy president when Levon Ter-Petrosian was the President. But he has never criticized the president before his revelation to the Azerbaijani journalist.

THE COURT EXECUTION HASN'T BEEN ACCEPTED YET

The NCTR president Grigor Amalian informed to "Aravot" that though the commission had already turned to the Economic Court asking for imposing fine from "Hairenik" TV Company. But they haven't got the answer yet whether that case adopted as an execution.

Robert Kocharian met yesterday the governor /marzpet/ of Gegharkunik Stepan Barseghian. They have discussed problems on preservation of Lake Sevan especially on fish stores. Robert Kocharian recommended the Governor to study the current situation and propose the ways of solution.

DOES HE RELY ON SALARY?

The salary of the President of Georgia will be raised up to 4000 Georgian Larry, which is equivalent to 2200 $. The Prime Minister of Georgia Zourab Noghaidely declared on Wednesday that the Parliament of the country would affirm the corresponding draft prepared by the Government. "Sahakashvily's current salary is 3000 Larry and is paid by the state budget of Georgia,"- the "Azatutiun" broadcasting station informs.
