"DEAR BROTHERS" MISSED
EACH OTHER

It seemed the NA deputies missed each other during the winter holiday. They greeted each other mostly in the following way: "Good morning, my dear brother" followed by tight embrace and strong male kisses.

THE GUARANTEE OF INSTABILITY

Every revolutionist at all times and all nations has the same logic of action. First of all either Bolsheviks from the beginning of the last century or the leaders of Armenian velvet revolution in 39-90s and the Georgian president Sahakashvili or the present Ukrainian oranges begin with the limit of property. It seems they are crazy on bereaving of something from somebody and then redistributing it. The Bolsheviks bereaved the property of the rich and nationalized it, the Armenian liberal-democrats denationalized and privatized and the Georgians and Ukrainians acted by the third way - deprivatization. Sahakashvili began with this: liquidating favorite oligarchs of Shevardnadze. Just with this began the new Ukrainian government of Yulia Timoshenko declaring on deprivatization of "Krivorojstal", the first-rate producer of metal production. The son-in-law of the ex-president of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma Viktor Pinchuk had direct connection with this factory. The privatization of "Krivorojstal" turned into mighty scandal. The Fund of State property was accused of decreasing the cost of factory. And now it will be brought and resold someone else. But this is only the beginning as the Prime Minister Timoshenko has already said about oligarchs: "they must give back what they got unlawfully." As a result such repartition in underdeveloped democratic and capitalistic countries turns into primitive expropriation of property from different oligarchs to their own. This also excludes every stability in business and economy as heads of every oligarch are busy how remain in authority. We could hardly find any oligarch who became rich lawfully. And why did they flow together with the authority if they weren't afraid of anything? But if the authorities declared economic amnesty, if they decided not bereave anything of those who became rich it would be possible in the remote future to determine the economical power of our state not by the politicians but the solid businessmen who wouldn't worry about changeover in political power.
