Disaster in Santa Clarita

It seems the nature has decided to be engaged with the USA not ending its disasters in Asia and Europe. The hurricane caused enormous disasters in Santa Clarita of California.

They withdraw but we send

The Armenian Parliament took a decision on sending military forces to Iraq in a closed sitting in the end of December. And the Supreme Rada of the Ukraine did just the opposite took a decision to withdraw the Ukrainian military contingent from Iraq. The reason of such decision is the dangerous developments of military-political situation in Iraq and the death of some Ukrainian peacemakers as well. By the way the Supreme Rada suggested this decision during the orange revolution on the 3 of December. Leonid Kuchma seemed to be agree with this decision and was going to withdraw the Ukrainian subdivisions from Iraq till the end of 2005. But eight Ukrainian military men accidentally became the victims of the explosion of plane grenade this Sunday. To console the public Rada hurried and took the mentioned decision before the solemn vow of the new President Victor Yushchenko. The pro-American Yushchenko was also for withdraw the Ukrainian military men and more he considers it primary.
It is obvious, that the new president has some obligations towards the Americans so it would be better the former president Kuchma was responsible for withdrawing the military forces. But no. The US state secretary has decided that this issue must resolute the new president of the Ukraine and the new Government. And this means that the USA has provided to affect on Yushchenko and delay the withdraw of the Ukrainian peacemakers from Iraq. But in this case Yushchenko will have to answer to the people for his electoral promise.
In all probability the Armenian military men will leave for Iraq at the beginning of February, God grant they will return safe and sound. But if we also have victims will our Government and Parliament go over the decision. It is too suspicious, as there won't be elections in Armenia. That means that there isn't any necessity to take into consideration with the public opinion and people's demand.
