WILL THE CURRENT MAYORS BE RE-ELECTED IN SIUNIK?
HE DIDN’T SPEAK AGAINST MARZPET | PRO STATE HACKERS
The center of territorial development /Transparency International Armenian branch informs that the sharp and critical articles of “ Chorrord Ishkanutiun” newspaper in the section of “ The Elucidation of corruption in the media” of the organization’s Internet site /www.transparency.am/ have been disappeared. The results of monitoring on the elucidation of corruption activities in the 10 newspapers of Yerevan are replaced in that section. It is the for the second time when the Internet site of the organization is damaged after “Hetq on-line” of the public organization “Investigating journalists” which is famous for its anticorruption publishing. EPIDEMIC The RA Minister of Nature Protection is angry. He didn’t like the journalist’s question about 4 new jeeps, which the Ministry got. Perhaps the Minister meaning that such a thing hasn’t happened refused to answer to that “unhealthy symptoms». We must understand what he meant saying «unhealthy symptoms». So the first version is to give such questions. That is questions are given about a thing, which doesn't exist in reality. Let's agree that it is unhealthy indeed. But in this case we also have to record that the whole Armenian population is sick with the white fever and nightmarish pictures are seen before the eyes of the people. In reality Ministers and different kind of officials move in jigulis or at least in «31» cars while thousand of hundreds people see jeeps instead of it. The clinic process of the sickness is rather complicated because it isn’t limited by imaginary jeeps. A great quantity of people complains that they see expensive and big houses, thousands of restaurants and petrol stations are seen. Others see visions of mass tree trimmings and destruction of green zone. Let's agree that this is a serious epidemic while the state structures in particularly the Ministry of Health seem rather indifferent and don’t fight against that dangerous hallucination. The second version is that when in case of Armenian state budget which costs 7-8 footballers of a middle European Football club some bad departments exist which purchase expensive cars by unknown ways. As a result the good name of the Ministry of Nature Protection is damaged. Not excluding the existence of other versions we must notice that such questions mustn’t angry the Ministers.
