retreats even in America. Yesterday the U.S. Court of Appeal refused the right
of professional secret of two American journalists. The journalists of New York
Times and Times will be imprisoned for 18 months for not publishing their sources
of information. The liberal sphere of the country is disappointed from this decree.
We must remind that the correspondent of New York Times Judith Miller and the
journalist of Time magazine Metu Cooper were pleaded guilty in February of this
year for preventing the governmental investigation and each of them was condemned
to 18 months of imprisonment delaying the punishment. The judges hoped that both
journalists would be so judicious that would reveal their source of information
in the U.S. government. But the journalists decided to endow their own freedom
in favor democracy. | CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA Election Code of the Republic of Armenia
