WILL
THE COMMISSION OF VENICE BE
| HAVE THE DISCUSSIONS BEEN STOPPED?
The representatives of the commission of Venice haven't discussed in detail the project of Constitutional amendments yesterday. The main problem of their visit was the meeting with the leadership of the country to specify the positions. The PACE delegate Shavarsh Kocharian informed to "Aravot" that the Commission of Venice considered another discussion, which will not lead to any result in vain after receiving the project of the coalition by first reading. It isn't known how the problem has been solved by meeting Robert Kocharian. His press service informed about this meeting the following: "Robert Kocharian has adopted the CoE delegation of the Commission of Venice. The process of Constitutional reforms has been discussed." THE INTEGRATION DOESN'T Following the Frenchmen the Datchmen said "no"
to the European Constitution casting doubt on the process of EU enlargement. And
this means that the dream of Armenia and post Soviet countries to integrate in
the European family is postponed. It seemed that Georgia and Ukraine were close
the achievement of that dream. But both before referendum and especially after
it there were doubts and there are that the Europeans don't harry at all to let
to their family new neighbors who adopted European democratic values very quickly.
In particularly they have some fear that the cheap labor will cause unemployment,
which is already a serious problem for European leader-countries. And in general
the "old" Europeans have gathered so many problems both political and
economic that they aren't ready for gathering new ones. They already suffer that
the "gustarbiters" will throw the inhabitants soon consequently they
are frighten from the enlargement of Europe. | CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA Election Code of the Republic of Armenia
