THEY TURN OUT AGAIN

The authorities of Armenia decided not to argue with the CE and adopted all suggestions of the Commission of Venice on the Constitutional changes. The opposition has been deprived of its main argumentation for not going to the parliament. But in case of wish it is possible to find something, for example, we can remember last elections when the falsifications weren't found and punished. In short they can find reasons for not returning to the parliament if they want. But the matter is that the opposition itself wants to make the CE angry. And it is afraid not less than the authorities. The latter can allow themselves expressions like this 'CE isn't politburo for us" but the PACE is politburo for the opposition indeed the decisions of which it always opposed to the activities of the authority. And as it is known the politburo/ sorry the PACE/ has ordered lately to stop boycotting and to come to agreement with the authorities on the constitutional amendments. And now it is easier for the pro-western opposition to please the Europeans than to be considered as the avoiders of democratic processes.
Consequently we must suppose that the opposition will do its utmost not to fail the referendum. As regards to the authorities of Armenia Robert Kocharian produced their position during the meeting with the Armenian students in Moscow. He explained it clearly that the constitutional amendments are necessary not for Armenia but fore the CE. In other words who has made that fine mess let him eat it immediately. And then it will be possible to fail the referendum easily as the overwhelming majority isn't interested in old or new, reformed or unreformed Constitution. And nobody will make efforts to say "yes" or "no" to the incomprehensible. So everything depends on the authority.
