AGAIN CHANGES IN THE "CENTER"

The general director of the "Center" TV Company was dismissed from his post according to his application. The 8th director of that TV Company appointed the former commentator of "Lraber" program of "H2" TV Company Merujan Sargsian.

At any case the Moldavians didn't make efforts in vain to prevent the CHIC observers from taking part in their elections. This had its substantiation. The reason is parliamentary elections in Kirghizia, which the CIC observers marked as free, and the OSCE observers didn't even recognize it declaring that those elections have nothing general with OSCE criteria and fell short of international standards. The last appraisal is more reliable as according to official results the President Askar Akaev won in the elections. It is enough to say that the President's son and daughter have been elected by majority order. Besides it is expected that the President's son will be elected the chairman of the new Parliament. So Askar Akaev who breaking Middle Asian tradition promised not to take part in the presidential elections in autumn has no reason to be disturbed. He has provided the change of descendants consequently he will avoid of the fate of the retired and deprived of authority Leonid Kuchma.
If anybody fill a high post in the CIC countries it will be too difficult to remove him. If not him his sons and relatives is difficult indeed. But there are some subtle "shades". In contrast to CIC Moslem countries where the feudal traditions are too strong and either the "Bashi" stays at his post endlessly or hands down the "rod" to his son the authority in Russia, Armenia and other developing but Christian countries is passed to one of the member of the same clan. For example the elections, the election campaign and other Western "sickness" weren't so important in Russia but the circumstance that Eltzin "went out to the people" pointed at Putin and said: "He will be your new king". Over. The rest is a matter of technique.
Beside everything only the representative of the same clan can provide the security, inviolability and special prerogatives of the former president and his closest circle. Consequently the representative of the clan and not the political structure and one of its leaders as it is in the West stays as preferred succeedent. And nobody suspects that the OSCE observers will "confirm" him.
