A GROUP OF RIDERS

In all probability the opposition will begin the next "revolutionary" movement by horses as the secretary of "Justice" faction Viktor Dallakian visits the republican race track and ride a horse for some days. And Mr. Dallakian has already put in an application for being a federation member of equestrian sport the day before. Viktor Dallakian explained his decision in this way: "I visit the race track for the third time. I haven't ridden a horse before because I like horses and I have always thought that it isn't allowed to ride horses it must only look at the eyes of horses. And now I understood that riding a horse you must remember about horses and coming down from it you must
remember God."

"HYBRID" APPROACHES

The term of progress meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Azerbaijan hasn't been defined yet. The RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Vardan Oskanian declared about this during the interview yesterday. By his words the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Azerbaijan would be introduced to the report of OSCE fact collector group about resettlement in the regions near Nagorno-Karabakh during the meeting in Prague in the beginning of March. The Azerbaijani party was really introduced to the report. But according to Oskanian the parity was kept there as the Armenian party especially he who didn't take part in the meeting for his illness had the opportunity to be introduced to the document at the same time.
Answering to the question one of the journalists the Minister of Foreign Affairs considered "inapplicable to the reality" the news that Armenia and Azerbaijan were going to sign an agreement about settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. He also expressed his disagreement to those affirmations according to which the Armenian party "defeats in the settlement process". Oskanian stressed that the problem of NK people's self-determination still remains primary for Yerevan. But here a "territorial element also exists as the territory where the NK people were self determined has never been the part of independent Azerbaijan. The hybrid of these two approaches strengthen our negotiating positions". Here is Vardan Oskanian's diplomatic innovation. As regards the absence of Stepanakert in the negotiations then "NK is well informed about the contents and there isn't any discrepancy on settlement between Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh".
Speaking on his visit to Continental Guinea Oskanian marked the results of it positive. " High level contacts were made with that country which will give opportunity to pursue more productively the settlement of Armenian pilots,"- he said. According to him the Armenian party proposed to form juridical base for exchanging the prisoners. The Guinean party hasn't given the final answer but they will "discuss "seriously that issue". V. Oskanian refused publicly the proposal of the Prime Minister of Turkey Erdoghan about beginning a team-study by the scientists of two countries on the Armenian Genocide. "The historians have nothing to do in connection with this,"- he declared.
