ARMENIAN MIND

The 13th chess champion of the world Garry Kasparov sharing the first place with the Bulgarian Veselin Topalov in the international of Linares declared that he left the sport. G. Kasparov who is one of the leaders of the opposition "Committee-2008" union declared that his aim was to fight against Putin's dictatorship in favor of free and fair Russia. But there is a question whether the population of Russia /and CIC other countries/ wants to get rid of that dictatorship and live in free country.

DIFFERENT COURTS

When the life is too successful, becomes luxurious and rich it may cause serious psychological deflections in the person and it may even kill him. There are obvious examples; Elvis Presley, Diego Maradona and now Mickle Jackson. Wealthy and lucky men when they don't have inner cultural obstacles become impudent and out of temper. Certainly it doesn't threaten Armenian "pop-stars" whom you can meet in buses. Our impudent "stars" are the oligarchs, ministers, generals and their sons. Though those people aren't included in the yesterday published list of multi-millionaires in "Forbes" magazine but they even surpass for several times Bill Gates by their immodesty and greediness.
Let's now see how our and the American State treat those impudent "stars". First they are judged in spite of their fame and fortune. Like Mickle Jackson. Then they are punished for being late of the session. The judge on Jackson's case Rodny Melvil threatened yesterday if the singer didn't present to the court he would sign the document on his arrest. Jackson who was in hospital hearing that declaration of the judge got on a car and dashed away to the court of Santa Maria. The singer entered the hall with slippers and pyjamas of the hospital. As he was late for 6 minutes he had to pay to the State 3 million $ on the security not to be arrested.
Now let's remember how Ashot Avetisian /Hamo of Bangladesh/ was judged in the court of Center and Nork-Marash communities. We must remind that this shave-headed person was sent to the "Nairi" cinema on 5 of April to prevent the demonstration of the opposition and then with his "colleagues" attacked those cameras, which were fixing their actions. When that Hamo was judged his shave-headed friends were controlling the process; standing at the doors of the hall they didn't allow entering people, even journalists.
So it is Utopia to suppose that any "star" will be judged /that is-oligarch, minister and general/. For that reason the Court and the juridical system in whole are respected but it isn't in Armenia.
