A RA CITIZEN WAS LEADING THE SMUGGLERS

A group of smugglers was arrested in the USA from which mobile zenith-rocket complexes, grenade cup discharges, submachine guns and other equipment were confiscated. According to the RA National Security Service the leader of the criminal group was the 26 years old citizen of Armenia Arthur Solomonian who has been wanted by the RA Police for desertion for 4 years. The ammunition confiscated by the Federal Investigation Bureau that the smuggles have acquired in Georgia, Armenia and in the countries of Eastern Europe. A. Solomonian and the member of his group the citizen of South-African Republic Christian Spice will be condemned at least to
30 years of freedom.

WHEN SOROS DOESN'T PAY

The President of Georgia has taken a step, which doesn't have its precedent; he has decreased to half his salary. According to Georgian newspapers he refused of the 7 thousands Larry /approximately 3,8 thousands Dollars/ determined by the Ministry of Finance of Georgia suggesting to pay him only 4 thousands Larry. He is a modest person indeed. Though Soros pays the main part of his salary but he could also not refuse the salary paid from the State budget. But Sahakashvily isn't a greedy person. First no citizen of Georgia can accuse Sahakashvily of being a state official hired by people consequently he is obliged to give an account to his tax payers. Second nowadays nobody will dare to count the President's expenses and incomes and determine which part of it is by easy money.
Here, how Armenian officials suffer for only that reason that their salaries are fixed: their expenses surpass "official" incomes for 100 times. The calculations show that it is impossible to keep family even by President's salary. But as the RA Ministers manage to live at any case and not bad at all you come to a conclusion that our officials of high rank have other sources of income, which they hide. The reason of hiding is clear: they probably feel awkwardly as it is other thing when Soros gives additional payments to the President and Ministers of independent country and it is another thing when the local oligarchs do it. Soros takes such a step in favour democracy /as if/, but the oligarchs pay for other reasons.
But what to do when Soros doesn't pay us? When even the U.S. Congress decreased the financial assistance given to the Ukrainian Government by 26,3 million Dollars. When the Ukrainian Governments expects much more amount from the Bush's administration group. And if the Americans have decided to economy at the expense of the Ukrainians there is no sense to speak about Armenia. Consequently our officials have to be satisfied by internal /national/ resources. But they will be wiser to behave as Sahakashvily did: instead of rising their salaries given from the budget year by year but to refuse of that legal source. It's all the same they don't lean on it. But it will better for the budget.
