KAZIMIROV WILL COME. WHAT ABOUT ATKINSON?

The head of the intermediate mission of Russia in 1992-1996, the plenipotentiary representative of the RF President on NK issue the cochairman of the OSCE Minsk group Vladimir Kazimirov will take part in the NA parliamentary hearings round Karabakh issue. The commission of the NA foreign relations has also invited the reporter on NK issue in PACE David Atkinson and the chairman of the commission of PACE political issues, Turkish by nationality Abdiulkadir Atesh to take part in the hearings They haven't affirmed their participation yet.

WHY DON'T THEY RECOGNIZE?

The speaker of the parliament of Turkey Biulent Arinch has declared that everybody who wants can introduce to secret documents connected with the Armenian genocide. According to him "the Turkish people haven't realized genocide" in any period of the history. We fight for 90 years to make Turks and the whole world express the word "genocide" but the world and in particularly Turks don't want it yet. They don't want to call "genocide" what happened in 1915 showing some secret documents as proof. They insist that there was only the war where both Turks and Armenians were killed. We don't want to say in detail how disgusting is that "formulating".
But here a fact of 60 years remoteness: as it is known the leaders of two Baltic countries refuse of taking part in the celebrations of the victory on 9 of May in Moscow. In the result of which the Governments of Baltic countries are called by Russian official propaganda as the holders of fascist regime especially when veterans of SS really walk in streets of Baltic countries and the marks of swastika are on the walls of the buildings. But the problem is that Russia doesn't want to express "annexation", "occupation" words that Baltic countries wait for. And more the President of Russia quoted the texts of Soviet and German newspapers of 1939 declaring that the Molotov-Ribentrop agreement, which allowed de facto to the USSR to occupy Baltic countries was of the USSR's interest and provided the security of its Western borders.
But the occupation isn't genocide yet. And the Soviet people indeed liberated the people of Baltic countries from fascism. But it is also fact that for a lot of people the 1940 and 1945 years are the years of loosing independence followed by deportation and shootings. Russia as the succeedent of the USSR doesn't want to recognize and regret it. Since the fact of occupation hasn't been recognized and regretted it will be repeated in the world again and again.
Consequently the super powers do what they want with the people. And up to the present day the U.S. realize occupation policy towards another state. And the Genocide is also possible since the fact of the Armenian Genocide in 1915 hasn't been recognized and regretted. Perhaps they don't recognize, because they want to repeat it.
