MURDEROUS ASSAULT AGAINST ARMEN AVETISIAN?
An explosion was set off at the entrance of the RA Customs State Service at about 10 o'clock, yesterday morning. It was set off when the president of the Customs State Committee Armen Avetisian's car approached to the building. There aren't any victims. The police were at the place and the experts were examining a few minutes later. KULOV WILL SWALLOW AKAEV According
to media agencies the revolution of Kyrgyzstan was surprising even for the leaders
of the opposition who had organized demonstration of protest. The new appointed
Minister of Internal Affairs assured that the law allows the organs of the Internal
Affairs to use special ways and table weapons for keeping the constitutional order.
"We won't allow the occupation of any state establishment,"- he declared
during the interview. But happened just the opposite. The adherents of the opposition
occupied yesterday the House of the Government in Bishkek and then took the authority
of the country. One of the opposition leaders of Kyrgyzstan Felix Kulov whom the
participants of the demonstration broke out from the prison called Askarev Akaev
during his speech on TV to give the authority in peaceful and constitutional way.
Kulov also guaranteed the President's security. And in the evening the High Court
of Kyrgyzstan held a special consultation under pressure of the people for discussing
the legality of the elections then it took a decision to declare invalid the registration
of the new parliament passing the authority to the former parliament. President
Akaev has hidden in the territory of Kyrgizstan. Though he hasn't declared either
about his resignation or the dismissal of the Government but the opposition is
inclined to form a new authority. | CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA Election Code of the Republic of Armenia
