IT
WILL BE IDEAL IF NAGORNO-KARABAKH
THERE ARE A LOT OF VERSIONS, BUT WHAT ABOUT TERRITORIES? BAKU-JEIHAN, IS IT A STRIPTEASE SHOW?
|
KARABAKH AS A GORDIAN KNOT The Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of France in Armenian Anri Kiuni made a speech in the parliamentary hearings on Nagorno-Karabakh problem yesterday and declared: "I am in Armenia for three years and can affirm that Karabakh is a Gordian knot for Armenia and in spite of economical growth the whole trade economical power isn't used in Armenia." FALSE HYPOTHESIS As
it was accepted the revolution of Kyrgyzstan refreshed conversations on the necessity
of changes of the authority in Armenia. Really it is interesting how the opposition
of Kyrgyzstan succeeded in changeover of political powers but the attempt of ten
of thousands demonstrators in Armenia was in vain. Besides, the Kirghizes succeeded
without obvious assistance of foreign powers in contrast with the Georgians and
Ukrainians and even Russian experts admitted it. Certainly it can be explained
that Shevardnadze, Kuchma and Akaev are democrats but Kocharian isn't. That means
if any "kind uncle" fills the President's post then it is easy to realize
a revolution as the democrat leaders surrender without fighting and don't shoot
to the people even in that case when the opposition organizes anti-constitutional
coup. We can suppose that if Robert Kocharian were a democrat he would leave the
residence of the President without fighting against people. This logic of our
opposition is disputable at least. | CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA Election Code of the Republic of Armenia
