HAS FILLIP REGRETTED?

He has already declared that "the only step we can take is to provide for the security of the Armenians and Azerbaijanis who will go there back". The former cochairman of the OSCE Minsk group is right when declared during the Armenian parliamentary hearings that nowadays the settlement of the Karabakh conflict is more difficult and dangerous under Ilham Aliev's presidency because the latter demanding to return the occupied territories means Nagorno-Karabakh on the whole trying to make the agreement impossible. In this case our Minister of Foreign Affairs is wrong when he says that the positions of the Armenian party weren't less favorable than in 1998. For the reason that there was a hope at that time to discuss the status of Nagorno-Karabakh instead of territories. Kocharian and Oskanian agree with this version, aren't they? But nowadays even this prospect is almost unrealizable.
