Leaflets of the following content have been appeared in Yerevan: "A circular dance round Aragats mountain, which will be recorded in the book of Gines is being organized by the "Aparan, compatriot union" on the occasion of the anniversary of the First Republic of Armenia on 28 May, 2005. The administration of Arabkir community provides for transportation, food, as caps will be given to each participant. It is asked to those who want to take part to be registered till 28 February." Besides there is information from different institutes of high education, for example from Medical and Yerevan State Universities that it is commissioned to all students of first and second year to take part in the circle dance. The scholarships of participant students will be added by 2000 Drams. We must mention that the circle dance will have 164 km length 127,5 of which will pass in Aragatsotn marz. Headquarters have been formed here to systemize the work. Each participant will have his certificate and each community will produce its cultural program.

BECOMES PRO-WESTERN…

The CIC executive secretary Vladimir Rushailo wasn't in Yerevan accidentally and the conversation about the CIC reformation wasn't also accidentally: It is obvious that the CIC destroys with high speed. It wasn't enough that the Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova are going to form a pro-Western Union to be enlarged and the U.S. Congress discussed a draft yesterday intending to support democratic movements in other countries. This means that export of revolutions will become the main direction of the U.S. policy after adopting the law. The special department of the U.S. State Secretary will be engaged in democratization of Russian closest neighbors as it happened in Georgia and the Ukraine. The working name of the document is "The act of democratic progress". It is stressed in the Internet site of the U.S. Congress that the draft is "bipartisan", that means, it is supported by both the Republican and Democratic factions consequently there is no problem in adopting it.
So the U.S. can direct democracy where it wants and when it wants. And purposeful resources will be granted from the U.S. budget for those purposes for the first time and "revolutionary cells" will be formed in the Embassies of those countries, which need in immediate democratization. In addition to all these the third reason of the CIC destruction is the precedent connected with the President of Moldova Voronin. Drawing a corresponding conclusion from the experience of his Tbilisi and Kiev colleagues the Moldavian communist tries to make his demerits as merits using anti-Russian propaganda for staying in power. Actually an attempt of using anti-Russian propaganda for staying in power is being made. The CIC other leaders following carefully Russian activities in 2004 /Ukraine, Abkhazia/ were assured that the assistance of Moscow isn't a serious guarantee any more. And more, it can worsen the situation. So Moscow isn't worried in vain. As every CIC President may prefer to be painted by orange making friends with Georgia and the Ukraine by U.S. financial assistance against Russia. It is true, Robert Kocharian hasn't produced an application for ruling for the third term but it is more probable that the presidential candidates from both the authority and opposition will become playing soon.
