To "Aravot's" question if they don't regret for not taking part in the discussion of such an important law for the country as it is the Constitution the head of the city soviet of "Republic" party Aram Sargsian answered: "Certainly I regret. But our behavior is also an experiment. If you mention any law which hasn't been infringed for many times in our country or has been infringed for 1-2 times and conclusions have been done after it we'll go and take part in the discussions. It doesn't mean that we don't have our approaches on the Constitutional amendments and that we consider the Constitution perfect. We simply don't take part in such discussions under the rule of these authorities as the laws remain on the paper or come true by Kocharian's order."

The 73 anniversary of the co-author of the RA Constitution and a lot of laws, the doctor of juridical science Vladimir Rubeni Nazarian. Unfortunately the famous scientist's relatives and friends celebrated his birth anniversary without him.
