THE VISIT OF THE CO-REPORTERS WAS OVER
DOES
THE CURRENT AUTHORITY SMELL LIKE DEMOCRACY WILL BE ESTABLISHED INDEPENDENTLY OF BUSH WASN'T THE PROPOSAL OF TALVITIE UNDERSTOOD?
|
THEY AREN'T DEMOCRATS INDEED Something like revolution /or coup/ is happening in Uzbekistan in these days. But Uzbek revolutionaries are armed and have some criminal and Islamic orientation. HARMLESS THEME If we listen to our officials separately we'll find out
that there is no corruption in our country at all. In this case it is turn of
the Minister Culture and Science Sergo Yeritsian who has decided to argue with
the project of UN Development. The examinations of the latter have shown that
the system of the institutes of higher education /IHE/ of Armenia is one of the
most corrupted. According to Yeritsian first of all it isn't so and the second
the UN experts don't know the art of social research. Friendly speaking Yeritsian
is true. The corruption of the institutes of higher education is also awful in
comparison with the corruption in nursery schools. But comparing with the situation
in other spheres for example, with juridical or town-planning situation then the
corruption in the institutes of higher education is simply childishness. Yes the
bribe is accepted and widespread way of income in the institutes of higher education
but you can't own a "Hammer" with such a bribe. The bribers from the
IHE sphere are less protected as they are mostly arrested. A middle Customs official
live much better than the professor of the University. |
