WHY ARE THEY PANIC-STRICKEN

We the Armenians were laughing since August of 2003 when the electricity of New York, Detroit, Boston and Cleveland was switched off. As if those Americans can't stay without electricity for some hours and what would they do when they stay without it for years like we did. And now such incidents happen in Moscow. And we again suspect we can't understand why they become panic-stricken for not having electricity several hours.
The strangest thing for us, the Armenians is that the Russian authorities began searching for the initiators immediately. The president of ??? ??? Anatoli Chubais was pleaded guilty in Wednesday. The President of Russia criticized him very strictly. The Russians deputies are ready to dismiss Chubais and the Public Prosecutor has brought a criminal case against the ??? ??? leadership. Chubais declared that he was ready to be responsible for the incident and pay all expences. The common citizens are also going to turn to the courts for various reasons.
And now let's imagine that the electricity in Armenia is switched off for several times. We asure that nothing extraodinary will happen. Robert Kocharian won't search the initiators immediately and the guilty persons won't be responsible for the incident and the prosecutor won't bring a criminal case against the guilty persons. As we aren't either Americans or Russians. We'll buy candels, go to work on foot, the surgers will operate the pacients under the light of kerosine lamp. And we'll bear it easily what other peoples won't bear not for the reason that they can't but they don't want.
