THE COUPLE OF FLOWERS

On the 28 of April the chairman of Georgian Parliament Nino Burjanadze was showing the NA chairman of Armenia Arthur Baghdasarian their hall of sittings. One of the Armenian deputies who was accompanying our NA chairman asked where the roses were. "Here,"- Said Nino Burjanadze showing her and Arthur Baghdasarian.

TO KILL THE DRAGON

As a rule the opposition that wishes of the revolution and its adherents worry about less what will happen after that revolution. This question has always been one of the weak sides of the opposition. Let's remember how powers unify time to time in favor of the authority though they are almost incompatible by their looks and ideas. But the problem isn't only that incompatibility. For example today is the 100 working day of the President of the Ukraine Yushchenko and Prime Minister Timoshenko. They seemed to be entirely compatible by their views and ideas. But they didn't succeed in their posts. In particular the adventures and eclectic is too much in the social-economic policy, the decisions are taken by superficial approaches. Some experts describe the activities of the Government as "wasting the resources of budget" which may conclude to economic crisis till the end of the year.
In short people haven't seen yet the real fruits of Yushchenko's staff. The prices have been increased for 1,5-2 times during the last months. Especially the meat and lard have been risen in price. That's true Victor Yushchenko have dismissed 18 thousand officials and fights against oligarchs which is pleasant to the people though in reality he fights against his own enemies. Against those who supported Victor Yanukovich. And those who supported the "orange revolution" filled the emptied posts. In short the authorities return the debts. It's a known picture, isn't it? Everything was with the same scenario in Georgia; old officials were dismissed and new, faithful officials filled their posts. But the life of Georgia didn't improve by those changes in contrast to the Ukraine where the post revolutionary euphoria still rules. Rather time has passed in Georgia for making people to ask "what do we fight for?" They must ask before "roses". It is obvious that the authorities often make people to follow everyone who promises good life. But the greatest mistake of all revolutions is that it mustn't follow everyone looking for a good life if the current authorities are robbers and untalented. New untalented robbers will come in that case.
