NO TO THE CONSTITUTION

On Sunday the Frenchmen said no to the EU Constitution making questionable the probability of holding such a referendum in EU other countries. According to the commentators the French population had a lot of reasons to refuse the constitution. The "English-saxon orientation", social problems inside the country and even the fear for Turkey to become the EU member are mentioned.

TAKING BRIBES IS THE PRIVILEGE OF THE LAWKEEPERS

The real bribers in Armenia are so many and they are arrested so seldom that there are suspects in case of the arrest of the ombudsman's office if that organization produced by the ombudsman haven't made pressure on someone and that someone has decided to dishonor the ombudsman and her personnel in this way. If our judges, prosecutors, military commanders, inspectors and other officials of various departments who take bribes all day long if one of them is revealed in bribing in particularly when they do it obviously the fact of revealing the representative of the Ombudsman's office won't give so many questions and suspicions.
But till now the fact as if our authorities want to fight against corruption casts doubt and not belief. And more, they do the possible for the corruption to be flourished and for the laws to be infringed. As it is much easier to rule when all are guilty and it is possible to have levels of influence at any moment. What do you think why the official of the ombudsman preferred taking bribe to protecting rights/ if the case brought against him is true/? Because he was sure that the ombudsman's institution had been found in our country for not protecting the rights at all. Our Mrs. ombudsman with her personnel; can't protect us from the corruption, bribers and law infringements though she wants sincerely. All these have been and are. And if it is so why the right protectors can't live by those adopted rules? So we must take it easy. As the work of judges and prosecutors is also called to that great propose. And what about the ministers and deputies? Perhaps the obligatory part of their commitments is filling their own pockets, buying expensive cars or presenting a gift and perhaps building luxurious houses. All these are much more expensive than those 300 Dollars, which the unlucky official of the Ombudsman's personnel has bribed. Now he will be punished by the whole severity of the law. And they will be right the right protector has no right to take a bribe. It is the privilege of the lawkeepers and other officials.
