Fried answering to the question about Washington's position towards the political
powers which are against the Constitutional amendments of Armenia said; "Just
this we call democracy when each political power can express its position".
He also added; "No external power must say to Armenians how to vote".
We must remind that the US Ambassador in Armenia John Evans who produces "the
external power" is actively engaged in the propaganda of saying, "yes"

AS A CITIZEN
FOR YOU For understanding how double citizenship is dangerous we must find
out first of all what "RA citizen" means. I suppose that the citizen
is such a person who has a right of electing and being elected in Armenia as well
as in case of some sex and age must serve in our Army. If a part of citizens of
Armenia is obliged to do so and another part is deprived of it the latter will
become "citizens of second sort and why do they need in the RA citizenship.
For living without obstacles in Armenia, for arriving and leaving Armenia.
But
if it is spoken about the RA competent citizenship, which must be given to the
citizens of other countries and they must parallel enjoy those two statuses then
there are serious problems here. Practically it means the following; after adopting
the Constitution and the appropriate law ten of thousands RA citizens will run
to the RF Embassy for getting the second, parallel citizenship and the Embassy
will immediately "sculp" Russian passports. Here another stimulus of
emigration and avoiding from the Army. And the opposite, hundred of thousands
Armenians in Russia will go to the RA Embassy for getting the parallel citizenship
of Armenia and our Embassy won't have any right to refuse them.
Now let's answer
sincerely the state interests of what country the RA and RF citizens will defend.
Why the Armenian from Tambov must think of prosperity of Armenia more than think
of Tambov and its wolves. Imagine that Tambov citizen must choose the parliament
and president of Armenia. You can be sure that he will act by the will of Tambov
authorities because he depends just on those authorities. If we take into consideration
that there are a lot of Armenians in Russia and they are all potential voters
then it is much possible that the RF President will order those double-citizens
to vote, for example Ramkavar Liberal party and that party by the RF authority
will get majority in the parliament. I don't say what will happen if those double-citizens
have a right to be voted.
And this is only in case of relative Russia. And
what will happen if the Armenians of Turkey become the RA citizens. Aram
