THERE IS NO BASKET

Parliamentarian Victor Dallakian has proposed to determine the lowest value of material security in budget 2007. But the government has reminded that it is determined in the third article of the RA law "About the lowest basket of material security and lowest budget of material security" that the lowest value of material security must be determined by international standards, which doesn't exist and is possible to produce.

FROM "DARK FORCES"

"Aravot" daily published in the November 30 issue an obvious misinformation "United discrepancies" by title mentioning that Hovhannes Hovhannisian and Aram Karapetian were negotiating how to divide Armenia between NATO and FSB". It is said in the announcement given to our newspaper by "New Times" party press service. Then Aram Karapetian's party denied the contacts of its leader with FSB. "Aravot" doesn't wait for H. Hovhannisian's denial as if he has no connection with NATO as we have no doubt that being more experienced politically and humanly, Mr. Hovhannisian distinguishes humor, irony from information and misinformation.
In reality our newspaper was mocking at the official propaganda which considers each politician as a spy of a country or the agent of "dark forces". Such approach allows the authority not to debate with the spies and agents. If you agree that your partner oppositionist or pro-authority politicians have some interests but don't realize the lobbing of some monstrous structures, it will be an important step in our political culture.
But in this case the opposition and authority are worth each other. Both have doubts and are ready to see under every discrepancy world collusion. Perhaps it is the result of the following complex: "Every word I pronounce, every sentence I say is such an undeniable truth that the whole people of the earth must praise my wisdom. But if nobody praises me and just the opposite, tries to oppose, it is clear that he commits the order of my country's enemies." Such judgments are like pathologic demonstrations. But what normal person will become a politician.
