IN THE BIRD FLU BLOCKADE

Another neighbor of Armenia- Georgia declared about the bird flu existence. The PM of the country Zurab Noghaidelly informed that virus was found in Adlia village at a died swan. Thus Armenia became the only country of the region, which doesn't have that virus. The Zoo of Yerevan will fight against flying birds by shooting on them.

Party life in 14 years.

The chief of politicians' union Hmayak Hovhannisian has published a manual "How to open a party" by title. We must remind that only Ministers can open parties by the new reformed Constitution, as well as the chief of the RA President's personnel and the RA Prosecutor. The latter's party, according to the new Constitution, must be formed by local-compatriot principle. Corresponding to the letter and spirit of the law exclusively the Catholics of Shirak region /franks/ are included in Petros Makeyan's party who was appointed as the prosecutor last week. Hmayak Hovhannisian describes the ways of corruption for having a group in the NA in his manual. He also pays attention on ideological problems; especially he advises political leaders to start sentences with "my nation" or "my people" expressions.
The former communist, former ramkavar, the former republican, nowadays the Minister of Energy Haroutiun Pambukian's "Armenia of light" party member Rafik Petrosian had his fourth great grandson. According to Mr. Petrosian little Rafulik will become the member of "The call of ranchpars" party led by the Minister of Agriculture Hranush Hakobian. Thus the family of the famous jurist will close the whole political spectrum.
The Minister of Culture, poet Ruben Gevorgian, answering to the question of journalists how his formed "Colored country" party bought 100 Hummer" cars, said shortly; "By money of common people".
