THE CASE OF BUSAND WILL BE HEARD IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT | THE US EMBASSY DOESN”T TRUST
The US Embassy in Armenia advises its citizens in Armenia to avoid of contacts with birds. As it is said in the declaration of the US Embassy the RA Government has made a declaration that there aren’t any case of bird flu in Armenia. «But taking into consideration the last cases about bird flu epidemic in Turkey we advise to avoid any contact with birds», is mentioned in the declaration of the Embassy. NEXT “VICTIM” Hovik Hoveyan isn’t Robert Kocharian or Serge Sargsian.He could be offended even by responsible TV Company not being afraid of serious punishment. “Offending” was even profitable; on the one hand you pretend yourself as a brave of the world / look what I say about the Minister/ on the other hand you know that you won’t be punished by the president. Especially it is meaningless to criticize Mr. Hoveyan when he has sent in his resignation. Certainly, it isn't worth to justify him. His action is hooliganism. As the confidence towards our police, prosecutory and court is equal to zero. We can't say; «let's leave those problems to the law keepers». They will formulate the version, which will be demanded by «the ruling clique» irrespective of the circumstance how much it is for sure and logical. If any oligarch entered any circuit power with his bodyguards who would shoot one of the officials there it wouldn’t lead to anyone’s resignation or punishment; our law keepers would say that our officials “have shot themselves accidentally. For example during «TEC battle» the participants not only slapped in the face but they weren’t punished for it. One of them even was awarded by “Hummer”. So the principality towards the “secondary” Minister doesn’t cost anything. The Ministers of Culture from Orinats Erkir Party don’t have any fate first of all for the reason that the “coalition partner” of that party, Dashnaktsutiun, has about 10-15 candidates for that post. The jealousy of that party in addition to the candidacy of some intellectuals towards that post make that post a permanent target. Certainly both Tamar Poghosian and Hovik Hoveyan have given a lot of occasions for being striked. But the major part of those blows was inevitable. Who will be the next victim? Aram Abrahamian |
