WARMING UPBEFORE MEETING ALIEV

The President Robert Kocharian has gone on leave for a week and will spend it in Armenia. The press secretary of the President Viktor Soghomonian informed about it. He also said that Kocharian-Aliev meeting will take place on 10 of February in Paris. To the question how the President react toward the problem that the chief of his personnel has begun a party activity, the speaker said; "The President isn't actively included in the process of party formation. I can say only a thing that no party can use administrative resources of the President's personnel and can't use the President's name".
According to the speaker the President isn't going to become the member of any party.

HAVE YOU SHAKEN YOUR TREE?

Most part of drug addicts in the world knows that their addiction to drugs is ruining for their lives. Realizing it they sometimes ask their friends to bind them up during "lomka, breaking" and however they ask for drugs, refuse them. Just in the same way our authority has a "lomka" of rigging the elections and referendums and they ask, beg the opposition; "come and don't allow us to fill ballots and draw false figures". But the opposition didn't listen to their request, took its representatives from the polling stations leading our authority to a trial that is to the current falsifications.
We should understand the speech of the authority representative Armen Rustamian in PACE in this way. He accused the opposition of rigging the Constitutional referendum. The opposition allowed the authority to do so. Mr. Rustamian theory can be put on all kind of crimes. Because we shouldn't trust in the authority and must control them.
But the state institutes become meaningless in case of such approach. So let's close the police, prosecutory and courts.
Let's not forget to close the Municipality because the citizens are also guilty for the streets full of snow. According to an official from the Municipality every citizen must shake the trees. But it is better for every citizen to buy a car and go out to the street to clean the snow.
