 The
Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Armenia has produced the Armenian deputies
the project of the 4th world marathon and Half-marathon championship; "The
length of the race is 42 km 195 m. Food points will be replaced at the length
of the race correspondingly 5.2, 10.2, 20.2, 26.1, 30.1, 35.5 and 40.2. Medical
points will be replaced in every 100 m. Toilets will also be replaced near those
points. Let us suppose that the participation of Armenian deputies will be over
in the first food point. CERTAINLY THEY WANT The Foreign
Minister of Armenia Vardan Oskanian made a speech in the conference on Armenian
issues in Washington yesterday. Though the main audience was organizations of
Diaspora, the speech addressed mainly to the American regime which is going, as
it is known, to give to Armenia 235 million Dollars by 'Millennium Challenges"
project.
The part of the speech based on rhetorical questions and on its rhetorical
answers. Let's cite according to the MFA official information; "Do we want
to become a country where everyone, men and women, will believe in expressing
their opinion, vote and change its life freely. Certainly we want. Do we want
to become such a country where we believe in sincerity of judges, honesty of policemen,
chariness of teachers? Do we want to become a country where taxes are paid to
the system but not to the officials. Certainly we want". Etc.
There isn't
any reason not to believe in Mr. Oskanian. Certainly the authorities of Armenia
want it. The psychological analysis has examined this process which is always
performed in the same American films when, for example, the killer, binding his
target on the chair, falls into childhood memories and lyrical digressions. "Do
you think I didn't want to love the whole mankind? Didn't I want the world were
full of kindness and love", - the killer asks with tears on his eyes and
put on his sharpest and longest knife.
This kind of kindness reflects the preconscious
world of the killer. But the hero gives other questions and gets other answers
on conscious sphere. Mr. Oskanian also should give his answers in the following
way. "Do we want to produce 300000 voters in the constitutional referendum
as 1,5 million. Do we want to close the only free TV Company arguing as a failure
in 10 contests? Do we want make teachers to become falsifiers of elections and
"tax collectors"" etc.
That is to move the questions about
own actions from preconscious sphere into conscious. And everything will have
