All citizens of Armenia, contrary to their political views, admit that the most tragic thing that happened on March 1-2, were the victims. And it is very natural, human life is the worthiest thing for every healthy, normal person, and killing is the worst crime. But as we see, our law enforcement agencies are engaged in everything but detecting the crimes. Thousands of people are arrested, imprisoned for different “sins”; for holding a flag during the mass meetings, for cursing the authorities, for keeping 40 cartridges, for transferring money to Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s pre-electoral fund, for “using violence” against policemen who were armed by clubs and electroshock etc.
But the special investigation group of the Prosecutor’s Office has not declared during the passed 45 days: “This person (or this policeman) has shot at this person killing him. And this official has commanded to shoot at the citizens”.
Since there is no answer to these simplest questions, the society will not trust in the law enforcement agencies, in their activities that they want to detect crimes and do not make political orders. And more, by not detecting the murders they confirm the version that the authorities are guilty for the victims.
