We informed on November 2 by “the stray dogs have become active in Kapan” publication that one can run into a pack of dogs at various times during the day in Kapan, the capital city of the region of Syunik. The City Hall promised to start putting the dogs away and advised the dog owners of Kapan not to let their dogs out at night hours on the days when they fight stray dogs.
